General Description
Duties and Responsibilities:
Putting product on skids by pallet code
Scanning kanban to generate manifests
Verify skid is complete and attach proper manifest to skid
Unloading finish good product from AGV
Loading returnables onto AGV
Sorting returnables into proper returnable lane
Packing parts from AGV into ropaks or racks
Placing kanban on racks or ropaks
Must to be able to match number & letters
Deliver returnables to production line
Operate material handling equipment, lift truck & tugger
Building cardboard boxes
Inventory counts
Maintain excellent 5S condition
All of the above duties must be performed within Health and Safety guidelines.
Other duties as assigned
Qualifications:
Must be able to add, subtract, multiply and divide.
Must have an excellent attendance record
Must be able to work overtime when required
Must have strong performance in current role
Heavy lifting is required – maximum 44 lbs
Demonstrated ability to follow all policies and procedures
Experience an asset, but not required
