Job Summary :

The Talent Acquisitions Coordinator (TAC) will build a strong employment brand to attract applicants who are excited to bring their best selves to 2 Towns Ciderhouse.

The TAC will provide administrative assistance to the HR Manager and hiring teams through the entire talent acquisition and employee engagement process including recruitment, interviews, hiring, onboarding, training, professional development and performance reviews.

The TAC is tasked with sourcing talent that is in line with company values and promoting a positive work environment in alignment with our company mission, vision values and policies.

The TAC will navigate complex HRIS systems to recruit, track, hire and onboard new employees and will administer employee engagement strategies such as performance management and employee recognition programs under the direction of the HR Manager.

This role will provide direct support to people managers and requires a high level of emotional intelligence, professionalism, clear communication skills, and a keen eye for details.

Required Minimum Qualifications & Abilities :

• Must be 21 or older
• 2 years of professional HR experience
• Proficiency with Google Drive and Internet
• Creative solutions-oriented problem solver
• Utilizes strategic thinking, data and industry knowledge, and calculated risk-taking to create competitive advantage
• Knowledge of federal, state and local labor laws
• Knowledge of fair and equitable hiring practices
• Experience working or engaging with diverse workforces
• Excellent interpersonal skills, including tact and diplomacy, to collaborate, negotiate and communicate effectively and professionally with cross-functional partners at all levels in the company
• Maintains the highest level of confidentiality and discretion
