Town of Jackson, Wyoming Hiring for Water Utility Operator at Jackson, Wyoming Full Time

The Town of Jackson, Public Works Department is now accepting applications for the full-time position of Water Utility Operator. Salary of up to $52,000 ($25.00/hr) annually, DOQ.   This is an excellent opportunity for a value centered, team-oriented professional.  

The primary duties include maintenance of the Town’s water distribution system, plant equipment, wells, pumps, mains, equipment operation related to water, and analysis and documentation associated with the water system. Any combination of education and experience providing the required skill and knowledge for successful performance would be qualifying. Typical qualifications would be equivalent to: High School graduation or equivalent, a Wyoming Class B Commercial Drivers License, 2+ years experience in a maintenance position utilizing plow equipment or excavation equipment, and a Level II DEQ Water Distribution License or ability to obtain within 18 months.
