TE-active is looking for highly motivated professionals to join our Travel Service team. As a Universal ticketing agent with TE-active, you will join a growing, professional and forward-thinking team assisting our customers with their airlines ticket reservations.

In a fast-paced Contact Center, you will provide support to the operations team by issuing and exchanging airline tickets via our GDS booked on a Worldwide renown travel booking platform. Reporting to a Contact Center supervisor, this Universal Ticket Agent role will be accountable for providing top-class customer service that aligns with company procedures, quality guidelines, and client privacy through multiple channels of contact.

Duties & Responsibilities

• Process ticket exchanges and refunds via GDS
• Support colleagues with questions and inquiries
• Collaborate with, and learn from, our experienced team of travel consultants to deliver an exceptional service experience
• Follow scripts, policies, and procedures to best service the customer
• Contribute to business objectives and service levels through efficient customer interaction
• Build and maintain rapport with the team

Skills & Requirements

• Extensive knowledge in Ticketing.
• Independent, fast learner, who can also work within a team

• Customer service oriented
• Accepts constructive feedback
• Positive attitude
• Ability to multi-task
• Have excellent communication skills
• Minimum 2 years working in the Travel & Tourism Industry
• Call Centre experience will be an asset
• Corporate Travel experience will be an asset.
• Proficient in AMADEUS
• Knowledge of native SABRE
• Must have valid TICO certification
• MS Word, MS Excel, and MS Outlook
• Good interpersonal, communication, and customer service skills
• Candidates must be located in Canada
• Candidates must be able to work overnight shift (midnight to 9am) *based on rotation
