The Purpose:
To support the organization by proactively offering recruitment solutions and cooperatively providing assistance to the communities and CSO to hire and retain top talent. Will report to the Regional Director of Talent Acquisition.

• This position is not a management position, rather managing and reviewing the talent acquisition processes for our communities throughout the state of Texas and providing support to our HR Managers at the communities. This position will require daily sourcing and recruiting for key positions.
• This position is available to work at the San Antonio Corporate Support Office, a hybrid office/home schedule, or 100% remote. This will be discussed during the interview process.

Responsibilities:

1. Facilitate overall recruitment plan and strategies under the direction of the Regional Director
2. Work with leaders at CSO and Communities on recruitment strategies
3. Participate in the creation of recruitment and interview plan for open positions for all communities
4. Effectively and efficiently fill open positions as determined by the Regional Director
5. Conduct follow up meetings with leaders to determine effectiveness of recruitment strategies
6. Research and recommend new recruitment sources as necessary
7. Build networks to find qualified passive candidates
8. Post open positions utilizing appropriate resources
9. Utilize the internet for recruitment needs
10. Communicate with leaders and employees regularly and effectively
11. Review applicants to evaluate if they meet position requirements
12. Conduct prescreening interviews
13. Maintain all pertinent applicant data
14. Assist in performing reference checks as requested
15. Assist in interviewing and selecting new team members as requested
16. Prepare offer letters as requested
17. Assist in communicating post offer testing information as requested
18. Inform potential team members about organizations benefit package

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Prior experience in recruitment and HR required. Bachelor’s degree in HR related field preferred.
• At least 2 years of corporate talent acquisition experience is preferred
• At least 1 year of human resources experience
• Healthcare or skilled nursing recruitment experience is preferred
