Role overview

The Medical Education Researcher will support the Strategic Education Director in identifying educational needs within the medical community which translate into opportunities for grant funding across TouchIME’s core therapy areas.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Performing horizon scanning desk research and developing comprehensive reports on:
• Disease-level pipeline analysis
• Supporter priorities
• Unmet educational needs.
• Analysing pharmaceutical news alerts for relevance to touchIME.
• Responding to ad hoc information requests to support specific proposals.
• Supporting with the development and analysis of HCP surveys.
• Working closely with the Strategic Education Director to develop processes to maximise efficiency of data gathering and dissemination to key internal stakeholders.
• Ensuring your work is of high quality and scientifically accurate.
• Managing your own workload and meeting deadlines.
• Developing strong knowledge of relevant therapy areas, industry guidelines/regulations and best practices.

Requirements

• Life science degree essential (Higher degree/PhD preferred)
• Experience with sourcing, analysing and interpreting medical/scientific literature
• Ability to pick up new topics, concepts and therapy areas quickly
• Excellent attention to detail, problem-solving and organisational skills
• Exceptional team-working, interpersonal and communication skills (written and verbal)

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Salary: £20,000.00-£25,000.00 per year
