Pay Rate: $80-$84 an hour

Job Details:

TotalMed is looking for a professional, take-charge individual to keep recruitment operations organized and maintain the integrity of the company’s hiring processes to ensure a positive hiring experience. The Contract Recruiter, while using a consultative approach with both the candidate and hiring manager, will drive the hiring of top talent for the company. Open to remote working arrangements for the right candidate.
Responsibilities include:

• Work with managers, cross-functionally, to develop recruitment strategies, job postings, plan and timeline for open positions while ensuring that the company’s recruitment policies and procedures are being followed.
• Support the recruitment efforts of positions at all levels, including the Director level and above. Provide proactive communication throughout the process for both candidates and managers.
• High visibility and interface with all levels of management and will be responsible for delivering “high touch” excellent customer service throughout the recruitment cycle.

Experience/Education Requirements:
– Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources or related discipline is required. Professional certification such as SPHR, PHR or advanced degree is a plus. Equivalent experience may be accepted.
– 8+ years of related experience is required.
– Previous experience working in the pharmaceutical, biotechnology or medical device industry is preferred.
