Position Title – Health Educator I
Address – Remote – CST hours
Pay — $15.43/hr.
Start date – 7/5/2022 – 10/4/2022
Hours – 9:30am – 5:30pm or 10:00am – 6:00pm, Monday – Friday; 40 hours/wk
Contract Type – Temp

Required Skills:

• Strong customer service experience who can guide conversations with the goal of getting appointments scheduled.
• Member/patient outreach experience.
• No degree required, but this person should be experienced

Position Purpose:

• Responsibilities: Will include making outbound calls to members to schedule services for care with the goal of scheduling an appointment on each call.
• May also perform some concierge work on behalf of members – calling providers to schedule appointments on their behalf.
• This team is generally scheduling 5-10 appointments a day with a weekly expectation of 35 appointments scheduled, making 100-200 calls a day, and speaking with 30-40 members

Training:

• The training is three days of corporate mandated computer-based trainings (CBT) followed by at least one (1) day of role-specific system training via user guides and CBT courses on how to use the call system, and access the call logs, etc.
• There will be at least two days of call shadowing of our FTE/outreach lead, and then the staff will be on their own to make outreach to members.
