Pay: $150,000 – $170,000 annually

Hours: Monday – Friday 8:00 am – 5:00 pm PST

Location: Hybrid – Portland Oregon (2-3 days in the office per week)

Position Details:

• Directs the recruiting and organizational culture and development functions while creating and cultivating a talent management strategy that includes talent acquisition, talent movement, leadership development, team development, employee performance solutions, engagement, and organizational design
• Align resources successfully to support stakeholders across the organization and business priorities
• Partners with all stakeholders and influences and gains the respect and trust of peers, executives, and officers
• The position combines HR mastery and business acumen to appropriately evaluate and resolve complex talent and organizational development issues

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree
• Minimum 10 years’ experience in Human Resources and a combination of working knowledge and experience in talent acquisition, adult learning, organizational development, work culture, and change management
• Minimum 4 years’ experience in a supervisory position
