Pay: $35.00 – $40.00
Hours: Monday – Friday 8:00am – 5:00pm

Position Details:

• Engage hiring leaders in effective kickoff sessions to establish and prioritize job requirements, while educating them on the talent landscape, timing, process steps, and expected trade-offs
• Leverage best-in-class tools, data-driven insights, and quality processes to successfully develop and execute end-to-end talent attraction strategies within desired timelines
• Influence hiring managers toward attracting talent who have demonstrated the capabilities needed to propel Centene forward
• Build credibility with hiring managers through disciplined execution of the recruiting process, including providing accurate and timely updates on candidate and outreach activities
• Provide all candidates with timely communications and a customer-centric experience which exemplifies the Centene employment value proposition

Position Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree
• 5+ years of full lifecycle recruitment experience, preferably in a high volume, fast-paced environment
• Experience in large-scale and/or healthcare organizations preferred
