A newly created role within our recently launched Talent Acquisition team, you will be at the forefront of recruitment; business partnering and providing a responsive and solutions focused service to our Hiring Managers and a first class candidate experience.

To support our Hiring Managers and provide a quality candidate experience, we have recently launched our applicant management system to deliver automation to the candidate and hiring manager experience – in this new role, you’ll act as the Account Manager to Hiring Managers – providing a responsive, solutions focused service.

Totally was established to support the NHS and ensure that patients could quickly access the healthcare they need. We partner with our healthcare commissioners across the UK & Ireland to deliver services that help them manage demand and reduce waiting lists.
We deliver services for, Urgent Treatment Centres, NHS 111, GP out of Hours and a National Clinical Assessment Service from our Urgent Care Division. Dermatology, Podiatry, and Physiotherapy from our Planned Care Division, and Bespoke solutions across the UK and Ireland from our specialist Insourcing Team.

Your day to day…

• Coach and develop Hiring Managers in all aspects of recruitment best practice,
• Account Manage hiring managers throughout the recruitment process (offering support and guidance as required)
• Develop strong working relationships with the wider HR team (including, HR Shared Services & HRBP’s),
• Use and maximize direct sourcing channels to deliver quality candidates,
• Responsible for delivery of end-to-end recruitment to a successful conclusion for various vacancies across our divisions,
• Manage candidates throughout the recruitment process while partnering with HR Shared services until fully on-boarded in a way that strengthens and conveys Totally’s positive employer brand.
• Actively work with stakeholders to ensure vacancy fulfilment is in line with agreed recruitment service level agreements.
• Understand and be compliant with data protection (GDPR) and recruitment related policies (Employment law; Immigration Law).

Qualifications, Experience, Training…

• GCSE or Equivalent,
• Previous experience coaching hiring managers,
• Experience using an Applicant Management System (Access Recruit desired),
• Past experience within a similar In-House role, or an RPO or Recruitment Agency as a Recruiter, Recruitment Consultant or Senior Recruitment Consultant essential.
