About the Role:

A new position within our recently launched Talent Acquisition team, you will be at the forefront of recruitment business partnering.

Day to day you’ll lead our specialist team of Talent Acquisition Partners who deliver a solutions focused service within their division.

You’ll,

• lead operational attraction delivery,

• plan and coordinate high volume recruitment programs,

• source and recruit senior positions (management/Nursing & GPs)

An advocate for inclusion and supporting change, you’ll lead on, building strong working relationships across our wider people teams; and champion new ways of working to deliver a quality candidate and hiring manager experience.

Qualifications, Experience & Training

• Degree or Equivalent,

• Extensive experience leading stakeholder relationships and managing a team,

• Experience using an Applicant Management System (Access Recruit desired),

• Experience planning and coordinating high volume recruitment activities (from concept to New Start)

• Past experience working within an RPO or Recruitment Agency as a Senior Recruitment Consultant, Senior in-House Recruiter or Recruitment Manager desired.
