About the Role & the team…

A newly created role within our recently launched Talent Acquisition team, you will be at the forefront of business partnering with stakeholders, leading on Clinical and Medical contractor attraction, engagement and IR35 compliance.

In this new role, you’ll act as the Account Manager with specialist knowledge of IR35 and its application to deliver contractors to meet our service delivery with our Urgent Care and Planned Care Divisions.

Our teams ensure people across the UK can access the healthcare they need, when they need it.

You be an advocate for inclusion and supporting change, leading on, building strong working relationships across our wider people teams.

Qualifications, Experience & Training…

• Degree or Equivalent,

• Previous experience leading stakeholder relationships, and engaging clinical & medical contractors,

• Significant experience of IR35 and its application within Healthcare,

• Past experience working within an RPO or Recruitment Agency as a Senior Recruitment Consultant, Senior in-House Recruiter or Recruitment Manager essential.
