TOTAL Transportation Solutions Inc. Hiring for Team Lead Customer Service at Scarborough, ON Full Time

TOTAL Transportation Solutions Inc., provides specialized transportation service to very elite corporate customers in the High Value Products and Fine Arts sectors. We are seeking a Team Leader preferably with direct transportation, logistics, moving industry experience. As we build a bigger sales team you will provide guidance to the customer service team that supports our sales push.

Key Job Duties:

• Coordination between the sales, operations and customer service staff.
• Communicate with department managers on business developments.
• Schedule team meetings to communicate changing needs and expectations.
• Ensure best coordination and accurate shipment bookings with clients.
• Handle customer emails and calls with authority and professionalism.
• Accurately enter & process order data and maintain master company lists.
• Timely follow-up with operations and customers on all shipments in transit.
• Handle other administrative tasks to support the sales and operations team.

Qualifications:

• Demonstrate leadership qualities and able to positively motivate fellow team members.
• Able to take charge, make decisions and effectively manage change as and when needed.
• Detail oriented, assertive, and self motivated leader.
• Strong office administrative and organizational background.
• Fluent in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).

Attention to detail is an ABSOLUTE MUST in this position.
Must have own vehicle to get to and from work on time.

Covid vaccination is current a requirement for this position.

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: $52,000.00-$56,000.00 per year
