The Role:

We are searching for a passionate, driven and knowledgeable professional who has demonstrated experience in bookkeeping, office administration and payroll processes.

You will be responsible for assisting with accurate and timely processing of accounts payable and receivable functions.

You will be responsible for:

• End to end processing of accounts payable and receivable
• Handling general payroll account / administration duties
• Updating and maintaining records
• Processing invoices and issuing payments
• Maintaining and monitoring accounts
• Supporting customer service standards where appropriate to the role; including handling internal & external customer and supplier enquiries

• Proven experience in bookkeeping/accounting, payroll and accounts administration
• Unparalleled attention to detail
• Exceptional excel ability and data analysis
• Ability to build client relationships
• High accuracy of data entry and data management

Experience using Pronto is very highly regarded, but not essential.
