We are looking for a friendly and organized Dental Receptionist to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for greeting patients, scheduling appointments, verifying insurance information, collecting payments, and other administrative tasks. The ideal candidate will have excellent customer service skills, a strong attention to detail, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

• Greet patients and visitors in a friendly and professional manner.
• Schedule appointments, answer phones, and take messages.
• Manage patient records, including filing, retrieval, and maintenance of records in accordance with applicable laws and regulations.
• Provide administrative support to the dental team.
• Collect payments from patients and process insurance claims.
• Assist with other office duties as needed.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $20.00 – $21.00 per hour
