Total Care U Hiring for Medical Assistant at Conroe, TX Full Time

We are searching for an office MA to help carry out ancillary tasks in the office, including but not limited to:

• Receive and distribute large amount of incoming faxes relating to patient information via EMR system.
• Assists if needed with Medical Records, Prior Authorizations, etc.

This is a highly Patient Care/Customer Service focused position.

• Must be comfortable speaking with patient(s) and home health(s) on the phone.
• Skill in the use of computers and related software applications
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Must have excellent attention to details
• Clear critical thinking and complex problem-solving skills
