Toscana Forno Hiring for Restaurant General Manager Full Time

The Opportunity:

ALV Hospitality Group is looking for an experienced hospitality leader to run what has quickly become the hottest restaurant North of Boston..- Toscana Forno (South Peabody, MA). 120 guest dining & bar with an additional 120 guest private room for events & entertainment. Toscana Forno is a spin-off of the existing Toscana Italian Restaurants. The menu will be focused around a wood-fired oven… (woodfired Neapolitan pizza, lasagna, etc.) in addition to the classics that make our brand like Chicken Parmigiana & homemade pastas.

The vision is a high energy atmosphere (picture Frank Sinatra Remixed) with high quality Italian “bar food” that translates well for take-out in addition to diners. A cocktail list with modern presentation, fresh juices and Italian liquors ie.. limoncello, aperol, etc. and a good size wine list by the glass.

Job Description

General Manager – We are looking for the capo of this location. A coach, leader and first piece to the puzzle of building a great team. You will be the first hire for this location in addition to higher level management already in-tact. This restaurant has the table set with a great concept, plenty of support, and key pieces already in place to ensure a huge success.

If you’re looking to make your mark in the industry, this is the job for you! This is not a corporate position where a manager can clock in and cruise through the day unnoticed. We are looking for a partnership with our group to truly build something great and continue the Toscana brand into the next 10 locations!
