Job Summary

We are a manufacturing supplier to the flexo printing industry seeking a dynamic individual for a Customer Service Representative role. We are looking for someone who likes a challenging, fast-paced environment, where they will communicate regularly with external customers to ensure that they receive the highest level of customer care.

Summary of essential job functions:

· Answers incoming customer calls and emails regarding order status, ship dates, product information, pricing or other information

· Accurately enter and process purchase orders in a timely manner

· Diligently follow purchase orders through to completion, working with appropriate parties to quickly resolve issues that may delay timely processing

· Perform general office and clerical tasks

· Other related Customer Service / Order Entry office duties as deemed necessary

Qualifications and Skills:

· Manufacturing experience is an asset

· 2 yrs+ customer service experience and data entry experience required

· Microsoft Office Suite experience required

· College Diploma Preferred

· Proficient in the English Language essential, Bilingual preferred (French)

· Ability to prioritize and multi-task

· Strong organizational and time management skills

· Excellent verbal and written communication skills

· Professional and pleasant phone manner to service incoming and outgoing calls

· Able to work as a team player

Salary: $38,000.00-$44,000.00 per year
