• Generous allowances are paid on top of the salary. Allowances include district allowance, leave fare allowance (payable after 12 months of services) and housing subsidy. Superannuation is paid at 15.4%

The HR Team is responsible for supporting the TSRA’s employees, enabling them to focus on delivering their Programme objectives through seamless support. The HR Team provides sound advice on all areas of human resource management practice, and is growing beyond transactional relationships into offering strategic, end-to-end HR support to the organisation.
