The Opportunity
As International Recruitment Operations Officer in the International Operations team, this role will work predominantly with the Associate Director, International Recruitment Operations, as well as International Sales and International Admissions and other relevant internal stakeholders.

The successful applicant will thrive providing administration in a fast-paced environment, with the ready ability to manage competing priorities and communicate in a clear and timely fashion with a variety of stakeholders.

Reporting to the Associate Director, International Recruitment Operations you will join a team of passionate staff who are playing their part in making sure that we are Here for Good.

On a typical day in this role you will:

• Manage the Admissions queue and maintain required workflow processing requirements

• Support Admissions Officers with student documentation and enrolment

• Respond to agent and new international student enquiries and assist with finalising enrolment

• Assist with new student enrolments until enrolled in subjects and on-boarded, including student financials, documentation, subject enrolments, orientation attendance support and airport pick up services

• Maintain international new student pipeline data integrity including reporting, data analysis and commission review.

• Assist the Associate Director International Recruitment Operations with any administrative day to day tasks

• Provide general Operations support including but not limited to generating reports, attending meetings, providing feedback to assist in system and program development

• Roster for sales and admissions attending events such as orientation /induction and Open Day

• Streamline application to enrolment process with a global focus

• Work on student communication processes, policy and procedures

We are recruiting for both Permanent Full-time and Fixed Term opportunities based in Sydney. Flexibility of location across Adelaide or Melbourne will be considered for the right candidate.

Who are you?
To be successful in the International Recruitment Operations Officer position you will have:

• Business related university qualification (desirable)

• Previous experience in a fast-paced administration role

• Excellent customer service and communication skills

• Experience in processing finance and working with data

• Experience working in a sales environment (desirable)

• High competence level in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, and PowerPoint)

• Experience working in Customer Relationship Management Systems and finance processing systems (desirable)

• Ability to coordinate a large volume of work and prioritise tasks

• Experience working in large teams with remote stakeholders
