• Prepares, compiles and sorts documents into chart and for data entry into computer system.
• Combines and rearranges data from source documents where required.
• Checks source documents for accuracy.
• Verifies data is in correct chart.

• Enters data from source documents as prescribed into computer databases.
• Updates data in computer system as necessary.
• Scans documents into document management systems and databases.
• Checks completed work for accuracy.
• Assists to remove and prepares charts for storage as designated.
• Assists with basic data sorting, analysis and prepares s as requested.
• Under the direct supervision of the EHS Nurse Practitioner, performs annual health assessment for employees, performs appropriate screening test per protocol, updates medical history as deemed necessary for employee to do the essential functions of the job and refers abnormalities to the EHS Nurse Practitioner

• Gives immunizations as required per protocol.

• Administer TB skin tests, and document measurement and description of reaction in employee’s medical record. Final results to be reviewed and interpreted by Nurse Practitioner.

• Contacts employees for follow up of exposures to potentially infectious agents/disease.

• Performs FIT testing for all employees

• Sets up immunization clinicals and health screening clinics as requested.

• Maintains and keeps confidentiality of employee’s heath records and information

• Maintains current knowledge of new developments in the field of Occupational Health.
