Credit Controller/Finance Administrator

Job Description:

As Credit Controller/Finance Assistant you will be responsible for several finance functions and will require experience of working in a similar role. Your responsibilities will include but not be limited to:

• Credit control, issuing customer invoices, statements and contacting customers for payments

• Reviewing and manage each job file

• Input Site Engineer time sheets into our ERP system

• Monthly statistics on labour utilisation

• Ad hoc finance/administration duties

Skills, Experience:

• Previous credit control experience

• Analytical and confident when analysing and interpreting data

• Excellent verbal communications skills

• IT/computer skills

• Build and grow relationships, using your effective interpersonal skills

• Good time management skills

• Eligible to work in the UK
