Initially you will work your magic guiding the deployment of strategic initiatives in logistics, collaborating with internal teams and external partners.
While leading this work you will deepen your knowledge of Torani as you evaluate longer term system and process improvement needs.
Your experience and creative thought processes around warehousing, inventory, transportation, and customer service will quickly elevate our team to new heights, while leveraging strategic partnerships along the way.
After a full and effective transition on the customer facing side of the business, and demonstrated capability in team member development, you will expand your leadership into the Planning & Procurement areas.
Your deep knowledge of the entire value chain will result in upleveling our planning and procurement capabilities, with positive impacts felt by all customers.

Your end-to-end experience and expertise have immediately contributed to our strategic planning process. You have developed a vision and roadmap that supports the long-term strategies and future growth of the company.
Distribution Network Trailblazer. You have successfully overseen the deployment of two key strategic initiatives that have broadened our distribution footprint and helped us scale nationally.
Through your support of internal and external teams, our first distribution center in the east is successfully ramped up and customers are fully onboard with our new processes and are raving about the benefits of our expanded distribution.
Our Own Ecommerce strategy is thoroughly supported through bringing direct to consumer fulfillment in-house, with a new 3PL partner.
Organizational design work for the strategic initiatives is completed, our processes and systems are fully integrated, and customers and consumers everywhere will feel the Torani love.

By your application of effective change management practices, our teams are jazzed and highly engaged in all efforts.Have FUN!QUALIFICATIONS A bachelor’s degree, preferably in Supply Chain and / or Operations related field, is required.
Experience cultivating, validating, integrating with, and managing external partnerships (e.g. strategic suppliers, 3PLs, etc.
Experience utilizing ERP systems and / or integrated tools to manage end-to-end planning, procurement, replenishment, order fulfillment, and inventory management activities.
Project management experience is strongly preferred.Experience in working within an environment of multiple internal customers / business units and multi-facility company.
