Customer Care Centre Agent
We are currently seeking an enthusiastic, highly motivated, experienced Customer Care Centre Agents, who are available Part-time and Full-Time for all shifts, to join our growing Topper’s team! As a Customer Care Centre Agent you will be responsible for handling inbound and on occasion, outbound customer interactions with a high degree of customer service. You will be responsible for entering all customer orders into our POS system as well as communicating promotions and limited time offers.
