Top Tier Reps is growing! We are currently hiring a Talent Acquisition Specialist.

The Talent Acquisition Specialist is responsible for screening and recommending candidates for TTR contracted positions.

This person must understand and represent the TTR employment value proposition. This person will identify opportunities to build applicant pools and identify potential “fit” through effective scheduling of interviews, conducting interviews, and submitting qualified candidates.

· Consult with TTR leaders and managers on position descriptions, requisition creation, compensation, and sourcing strategies.

· Research and recommend new sources for active and passive candidate recruiting.

· Recruit and perform talent acquisition activities such as resume review, candidate interviews conducted via phone or video

· Recommend final selection of applicants and provide a detailed summary of qualified applicants.

· Maintain applicant tracking system

· Respond timely to internal and external applicant situations, and applicant requests as required.

· Conduct regular follow-ups with managers and applicants to determine the effectiveness of recruiting efforts.

This is position is Commission-Based with unlimited income earning potential.

Commission Structure:

• $50 payout per meeting closed.
• 10% Commission on each account closed and other company perks to being discussed.

Qualifications:

• High School Diploma
• 1 + years experience as a Recruiter or Talent Acquisition Specialist
• Proficient in Google Workspace/G-Suite
• Experience navigating LinkedIn
• Self-Motivated and Directed
• Team Player
• Excellent verbal and written communication
• Available Monday- Friday min of 4-6 hours per day
• Must have computer and internet access
• Must have a cell phone

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $50.00 – $3,000.00 per month

Supplemental Pay:

• Commission pay
