Dispatcher/Administrative Assistant – Concord, ON

Currently looking for a Dispatcher/Administrative Assistant to fill immediate openings with an international manufacturing company located in Concord, ON.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Utilize specific software programs and create formatted spreadsheets
  • Collect data
  • Summarize and analyze documents
  • Communicate with Management and Technicians
  • Dispatch work orders and Technicians to assigned worksites
  • Provide and upkeep maintenance schedules

Requirements:

  • Strong computer skills
  • Networking knowledge
  • Strong technical understanding
  • Must have excellent customer relations skills
  • Experience in Fleet Management is a plus!

Pay Rate: $29.00/hour

Work hours: 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM (Monday – Friday )
