Principal Duties and Responsibilities

• Understand the business needs and develop software solutions to enable the desired capabilities.
• Collaborate with others on the engineering team, as well as the product owners to develop and support CRM features and capabilities that are high quality, scalable, and reliable, and will delight a user base of successful real estate professionals. create a modern, high quality, rich application suite.
• Work in an agile environment where we look to deliver features and fixes to production weekly – depending on the impact to customers.
• Work as part of a cross-functional feature team to deliver complete end-to-end solutions that meet the story acceptance criteria.
• Investigate and troubleshoot customer issues, leading to rapid and effective resolutions
• Participate in peer design and code reviews.
• Provide input into process improvement initiatives to improve quality and timeliness of deliverables with high predictability.
• Must have strong communication skills.
• Self-managed with a proactive work style.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience delivering both frontend and backend features in an application code base.
• Experience with C#, ASP.Net, .Net Core, .Net Framework.
• Experience with JavaScript (ES6) / TypeScript – specifically React and Redux.
• Knowledge of web services, API, and REST.
• Experience in test automation and delivering testable and documentable experiences and micro-services.
• Basic understanding and desire to learn Cloud architectures and serverless solutions using AWS/Azure.
• Bachelors of Computer Science or equivalent relevant experience.

Nice to Have

• Experience with legacy ASP and .Net architectures.
• Experience with AWS is a plus.
• Experience with CSS Modules, PostCSS, and other CSS frameworks.
• Real estate industry or experience developing SAAS applications.
