ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

JOB FUNCTIONS

• Analyze and on marketing campaign effectiveness using database resources. Use results to provide recommendations for process improvements.
• Responsible for email marketing including maintaining schedule, content research & development, maintaining customer database, and tracking results.
• Continuous education on industry products, events, and terminology.
• Effectively communicate with manufacturer partners on marketing projects through regular conference calls, phone calls, emails, and in-person meetings.
• Maintain our product image database and image library. Requires working with manufacturer representatives and/or outside resources to obtain images as well as using in-house photography equipment and image editing tools.
• Track and maintain Marketing product/supply inventories, including ordering materials.
• Fulfill customer and sales team requests for marketing materials and promotional giveaways. Includes ordering, packaging, and shipping appropriate materials as needed.
• Research, create and analyze information for marketing communications and publication.
• Create, produce and deploy content for marketing campaigns and initiatives including email, social media, and more.
• Organize and maintain a central repository for all marketing/promotional collateral.
• Maintain company website including – creating & scheduling graphics, ensuring literature is current, and updating manufacturer partner resources.
• Attend and manage presentations at industry trade shows, travel as needed.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

• 5+ Years of demonstrated Marketing experience in a corporate environment.
• Ability to gather, process and interpret sales, customer behavior, and account data.
• Capacity to identify and recommend process improvement opportunities.
• Demonstrated experience in customer and market research.
• Must be able to organize and coordinate projects and schedules.
• Ability to work in self-directed, fast-paced entrepreneurial environment.
• Experience in all aspects of developing and managing marketing strategies.
• Ability to work both independently and as a team member on assigned projects.
• Knowledge of graphic design and associated applications (PhotoShop/Illustrator/InDesign) is essential.
• Experience with Email Marketing Platforms (Constant Contact or similar) is required.
• Experience ing to a senior management team.
• Ability to maintain an upbeat and positive attitude at all times.
• Strong work ethic with ability to adapt to change.
• Highly proficient computer skills including Excel, PowerPoint, Photoshop, Illustrator, Outlook, Word, and SharePoint (asset database).
• Strong understanding of online customer experience and online metrics analysis and solutions.
• Thorough understanding of marketing elements (including traditional and digital marketing such as SEO/Social media etc.) and market research methods.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to analyze and present marketing results.
• Ability to adjust priorities and handle multiple tasks.

EDUCATION

• Bachelors Degree in Marketing, Communications, PR, Journalism, Business or equivalent professional qualification.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $45,000.00 – $54,000.00 per year
