Education: High School Diploma/GED required.
Must have reliable transportation (NO EXCEPTIONS).
Qualifications: This position requires at least 1 year of experience in home care staffing or customer service in a home care setting. Must be a good problem solver and be able to work independently. Excellent telephone and interpersonal skills. Must be well-organized and have good attention to detail. Must be able to work well under pressure.
