TOP HOME CARE AGENCY LLC Hiring for Staffing Coordinator at Pittsburgh, PA Full Time

This position has primary responsibility for staffing and scheduling in-home care services for Top Home Care Agency. The Staffing Coordinator matches caregivers with senior clients. This position involves extensive telephone work and interaction with caregivers and clients. The Staffing Coordinator also responds to inquiries from prospective clients.

Education: High School Diploma/GED required.
Must have reliable transportation (NO EXCEPTIONS).

Qualifications: This position requires at least 1 year of experience in home care staffing or customer service in a home care setting. Must be a good problem solver and be able to work independently. Excellent telephone and interpersonal skills. Must be well-organized and have good attention to detail. Must be able to work well under pressure.

Primary Duties:

• Must have home care scheduling experience.
• Matches appropriate caregivers to cases based on personality, availability, and skill set.
• Makes sure that all cases are covered and arranged as needed.
• Handles/resolves caregiver issues, problems, and scheduling changes.
• Provides information about services to the direct care workers.
• Serves as the point of contact for clients, caregivers, and managers.
• Works closely with Consumer Coordinator, and/or Owner to ensure that hours and pay rates are correct for payroll and billing rates are appropriate for invoicing.
• Regular on-call rotation is required.
• HHA Exchange software experience preferred.
• Must be able to multitask and work under high levels of stress.

Hours: 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM, Monday through Friday

Compensation: Competitive Rates

Pay: $18.00 – $22.00 per hour
