Tooth Club Hiring for Recruitment Advisor Full Time

We are looking for an independant, enthusiastic and sales driven individual who can focus on filling critical vacancies quickly in our HR and recruitment department.

Preferred hours are 10am – 2pm, Monday – Friday with immediate start.

Working with a small in-house recruitment team, you’ll be the first point of contact for candidates looking to join the company in a variety of roles, which means you’ll have strong communication skills and be confident in interacting with people about confidential information.

You’ll play a key role in refining the recruitment team’s internal processes, making sure they offer a high quality experience to all of our stakeholders. Plus you’ll have an aptitude for data and systems, as you’ll take ownership of trackers and use Workday Recruiting to on KPIs.

You are required to use you own laptop/PC. If you’re looking to start a career in HR and Recruitment then this could be the ideal role for you as you’ll be able to learn and develop your skills in this fast-paced job.

Job Type: Part-time
Part-time hours: 20 per week

Salary: £11.00 per hour
