Why do we need to do that? Because more than 1/3 of the food produced in the world is wasted. And that has a huge impact on the health of our planet, 10% of greenhouse gas emissions come from food waste and loss!
As the world’s largest food waste-fighting app, we connect stores that have unsold, surplus food with consumers who buy and enjoy it. But we’re more than an app: we are a certified B Corporation and our mission is to inspire and empower everyone to take action against food waste, so we’re doing all we can to create educational tools, make our knowledge as accessible as possible, find new business solutions and even change legislation to reduce food waste.
We’re growing fast, with our community of 51.1 million users in 17 countries saving more than 113 million meals from going to waste – that’s more than 232,500 tonnes of CO2e saved! But there’s still a lot more we want to achieve.

Your mission:
You will play an integral part in the growth of Too Good To Go in the UK by attracting and securing motivated & mission-driven talent to join us in the fight against food waste. You will focus on a great candidate experience, inclusive and scalable internal processes, and productive collaboration with hiring managers that result in the successful recruitment of new Waste Warriors with the necessary skills, experience and mindset to maximise our impact.
Your Role:
Reporting to the UK Head of People & Culture, you’ll work together closely to enhance Too Good To Go’s employer profile, hire qualified candidates efficiently, and deliver a positive, fair and inclusive candidate experience. You will partner with hiring managers to understand the requirements of our roles, and create job ads, application questions, and interview processes that attract quality talent and effectively assess candidates’ skills & knowledge. A large part of your role will focus on interviewing candidates on their capabilities, suitability to the role, alignment with our company values, and passion for our mission.
