That means we’re looking for talented people with diverse skills and backgrounds to add to our rapidly growing team. That is where you come in: we’re looking for an exceptional Talent Acquisition Specialist to join us in our Bristol office

Your mission:

You will play an integral part in the growth of Too Good To Go in the UK by attracting and securing motivated & mission-driven talent to join us in the fight against food waste. You will focus on a great candidate experience, inclusive and scalable internal processes, and productive collaboration with hiring managers that result in the successful recruitment of new Waste Warriors with the necessary skills, experience and mindset to maximise our impact.

Your Role:

Reporting to the UK Head of People & Culture, you’ll work together closely to enhance Too Good To Go’s employer profile, hire qualified candidates efficiently, and deliver a positive, fair and inclusive candidate experience. You will partner with hiring managers to understand the requirements of our roles, and create job ads, application questions, and interview processes that attract quality talent and effectively assess candidates’ skills & knowledge. A large part of your role will focus on interviewing candidates on their capabilities, suitability to the role, alignment with our company values, and passion for our mission.

• Manage the full-cycle recruitment process, in collaboration with the hiring manager, from job ad through to signed contract.
• Design application and interview processes for each role that appropriately assess the candidates’ qualifications, achieve success quickly, and create a fantastic candidate experience.
• Prepare recruitment materials and post jobs to appropriate job boards, social media platforms and partner organisations.
• Identify qualified candidates through direct sourcing, industry/social networking, employee referrals, career fairs and more.
• Assess applicants’ relevant knowledge, skills, soft skills, experience and aptitude.
• Interview candidates to assess their role fit and engagement with Too Good To Go’s mission and values
• Manage a high volume of open positions across different functions, while maintaining momentum with both internal teams and external candidates
• Collaborate with Global Talent Acquisition on best practices and ensure our recruiting processes are aligned with global recommendations.
• Provide analytical updates to the rest of the team and manage hiring managers’ expectations.
• Act as a point of contact and build influential candidate relationships during the recruitment process.

Requirements:

• You are passionate about our mission and are motivated to grow our impact.
• Solid full-cycle recruiting experience, with a good level of in-house exposure.
• Experience in running a structured interview process in a high-volume recruiting environment is essential.
• Hands-on experience with various selection processes (phone interviewing, video screening, reference check etc).
• Experience of using multiple sourcing and attraction methods to fill vacancies.
• Familiarity with HR databases and Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
• Fantastic communication skills, both written and verbal, with a full professional proficiency in English.
• Ability to work in a high-growth, fast-paced environment.
