More than one third of the food produced in the world is wasted. That has a huge impact on the health of our planet, 10% of greenhouse gas emissions come from food waste!
At Too Good To Go, we have an ambitious goal: To inspire and empower everyone to fight food waste together. We are the world’s #1 app for fighting food waste. We work with thousands of restaurants and food retailers to make their surplus food available to local consumers. The magic of Too Good To Go has been expanding rapidly across Europe and now also the US, with over 103 million meals saved across 17 countries to date.
We’re proud of what we’ve achieved so far, but did we mention the issue is huge? This is where you come in! We are recruiting a newly created Talent Manager role, to support the rapid growth of Too Good To Go.
Your Mission
You will be a key part of the Too Good To Go People & Culture team, constantly evolving to meet the requirements of a fast-paced business in high growth. You will work with the business to analyse our current and future needs to help shape and define our Talent and Performance processes, assets and development solutions to enable our business performance.
This will include consideration of talent assessment and development, as well as driving succession planning, performance and employee engagement.
Your Role
As Too Good To Go’s Talent Manager, you will report to the Global Head of Learning & Development and hold the following accountabilities:
