Too Corporation Americas Hiring for Key Account Manager Full Time

Job Responsibilities

As the Sales Manager for Retail Key Accounts, will build on, develop and deliver long-term strategies with each key account, as well as bring operational excellence and achieve agreed KPIs and objectives for our business. Your duties will include, but not be limited to:

• Develop and deliver strategic plans with each key partner, with the consumer and brand at the center
• Maintain sell-in to sell-out philosophy across all aspects of revenue targets; at-once, prebooks and total net sales
• Analyze and interpret sell out s (often sophisticated and/or large data sets) to surface opportunity and drive commercial decision making
• Based on the aforementioned data, rationalize Copic’s presence at locations and productivity in key account doors. Drive findings into clearly articulated actions.
• Work proactively to integrate at all levels in each Key Account, engaging with key stakeholders, and coordinating cross-functionally to ensure activities are aligned and plans are well executed
• Work closely with merchandise-planning to ensure assortments are consumer-segmented and built with strong commercial input
• Uphold strong internal cross-functional relationships to ensure Merch-Planning, Marketing, Finance, Operations, are aligned with commercial plans
• Work closely with the Marketing team to influence and deliver assets that support the strategy and on the most recent market updates that impact your business; working together to seek new opportunities both in store and online and managing stock levels and sell out per door
• Drive operational excellence and continuously review commercial operations/process to identify opportunities to refine and drive greater efficiency
• Understand and evaluate commercial agreements, dilutions and performance related incentives. Handle negotiations where relevant
• Deliver market insights to the wider team, giving regular performance and account strategy updates
• Accurately forecast & deliver the business monthly, quarterly & annually

Skills

• NetSuite experience is a plus.
• Expert skills in Microsoft Suite, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (verbal and written) are a must when dealing with internal team members, customers, and clients.
• Interest and knowledge in art, art supplies, design is a plus.
• Willingness to travel at least 15% of the time

Qualifications

• A college degree in a related field.
• At least four years of experience in B2B sales and understanding of our industry
• Fluency in Microsoft Office suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.)
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
