About this Role
Events & Education Manager
We are seeking a mission-driven Events & Education Manager who will be responsible for logistics planning and overall project management of Toniic’s global events (which include both virtual and in-person events) and Toniic’s virtual education program.
The Events & Education Manager will oversee Toniic’s virtual and in-person event and education calendar, event marketing/communications, event design and facilitation, logistics and management to achieve the Events & Education program Key Performance Indicators (KPIs). For virtual events, additional responsibilities include managing signups, online logistics, and event facilitation. For in-person events, the Manager will be tasked with researching and securing venues, negotiating quotes and agreements with vendors, monitoring timeframes and managing budgets, and delivering on overall event objectives. For Toniic’s largest in-person events, the Manager will be responsible for on-site logistics and ensuring that the member experience is consistent with overall event objectives. The ideal candidate for this role should demonstrate top notch organizational abilities, have strong attention to detail, be an effective communicator, demonstrate multitasking skills and be excellent at time-management.
The role also includes project management of the Activator Series, Toniic’s signature virtual education program. This program is a combination of on-demand learning content, live webinars, and virtual “learning labs,” delivered over more than 25 modules in three Series. Duties include promotion and communications, calendaring, coordinating preparation and delivery with presenters, managing the content in Toniic’s online learning platform, and ensuring high-quality production of the Series.
