Job Description:

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Part-Time Amazon Account Manager. Amazon Seller Central Experience is NOT required – we need a team member who wants to learn, although past relevant experience is beneficial. This position requires very strong spreadsheet analysis and problem solving skills often found in people with an engineering, accounting, math, finance, data analysis, or science background.

As an Amazon Account Manager, you will be responsible for managing our Amazon seller account, optimizing product listings, overseeing advertising campaigns, and ensuring the overall success of our Amazon seller operations. This position is for part-time work (typically 10-20 Hours per week, hours vary depending on account needs). It offers very flexible work hours and the opportunity to work from home. On-the-job training will be provided to familiarize the successful candidate with our systems and processes to be the Amazon Account Manager.

Responsibilities:

• Monitor account health, respond to customer messages within 24 hours, resolve listing issues, and communicate with Amazon Seller Support as needed.
• Expand our product catalog on Amazon, create new listings, optimize existing listings, and add complementary products.
• Monitor and make suggestions to the ads management team to optimize advertising campaigns, monitor profitability, and develop strategies for promotional events.
• Monitor inventory levels, forecast future inventory needs, and coordinate with our Operations team to maintain sufficient stock at Amazon fulfillment centers.
• Develop and maintain an intuitive and informative brand storefront on Amazon, including A+ content and multimedia materials.

Required Qualifications:

• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets for data analysis and ing.
• Analytical mindset for problem solving
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work independently.
• Fast learner with the ability to adapt to changing circumstances.
• Self-motivated and detail oriented.
• Flexibility with schedule to monitor account status frequently and address urgent issues when they arise (day/night/weekend). Note: many needs are not urgent and can be resolved during regular work hours.
• Proficient in proactively collaborating with others on a team.
• Eye for graphic design and detail related to product listing images.
• Long time Amazon customer – familiar with the Amazon experience as a customer.

Desired Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree or higher, especially with a degree requiring strong analytic skills such as math, engineering, accounting, finance, business, sciences or similar.
• Experience in managing Amazon seller accounts and driving sales growth through Amazon Seller Central).
• Strong knowledge of Amazon’s platform, policies, and best practices
• Familiarity with or interest in cars/automotive industry
• Experience supervising a small team – in the future there may be another person or two who also support Amazon

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $25.00 – $30.00 per hour
