Job Description

ing to the Victorian Operations Manager, the Area Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the activities of cleaning contractors to ensure that TOMRA assets in the field are kept to a high standard of cleanliness and functionality at all times.

You will be responsible for maintaining a strong, customer focussed relationships with our partners (shopping centres who host the installations) and support with resolving any operational, safety issues that arise in relation to the RVM Kiosk on a site-by-site bases. As this role is responsible for overseeing contractors and managing land lord relationships throughout a geographic region, this will require extensive travel throughout the Western region of Victoria.

Some of the other duties you will perform as an Area Supervisor:

• Provide ongoing assistance, guidance, and coaching support to contractors, and stakeholders
• Regularly audit contractor performance and provide constructive feedback designed to address performance concerns and promote productivity
• Receive and resolve customer complaints
• Prevent any material loss and curb any potential fraudulent behaviour through detection and ing

Please note that these roles are based in the western region of Victoria (Metro and Regional)

Qualifications

What makes a great Area Supervisor at TOMRA:

• Cert IV Frontline Manager or equivalent experience
• Cert IV in Leadership and Management or equivalent experience
• Supervision experience
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Licence and access to a vehicle
