You’re a recruiter and yet you’re sick of stakeholders, KPI’s, SLA’s and strategic souring priorities? Instead, you want to have conversations about hiring. Talk to candidates. Find better ways of doing things.
You’ll get the chance to help us build something from ground-up. We’re good at filling jobs but we want to get better. You’ll be able to bring your experience and start doing some of the things you always wanted to do.
You’ll have license to look at new ways of doing things, whether that’s new sourcing tools, new ways of engaging talent or new ways of writing adverts.
Talent Acquisition has been changing and continues to evolve, so you’ll be someone who geeks out on this stuff and gets a real kick out of watching the people they help bring in succeed and grow.
In your first 12 months here, you will:

• Get to know your business area, build relationships with a whole range of teams
• Understand the tombola strategy and how TA can contribute
• Source candidates via LinkedIn, Haystack Pro, Careers Site and more
• Suggest new ways of sourcing talent
• Negotiate offers
• Fill some roles!
• Enjoy a free breakfast and lunch EVERY day you come to the office
• Ditto coffee, tea, drinks.

Some of the stuff you’ve (probably) done in the past:

• Proactively sourced hard to find talent
• Written adverts that don’t suck (we can help you if they do suck)
• Worked with a range of hiring managers, from those that love TA to those that ignore your emails
• Made mistakes and learnt from them.
