Job Title: Agile Scrum Master

Location: Sydney, Australia

Role Type: FTC – 12 months

Remuneration – $140k – $160k package – depending on experience

Role Overview:

As a key player, you will drive Agile practices, facilitating the Scrum process with unwavering dedication to Agile Values and Principles.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the Scrum process, ensuring adherence to Agile Values and Principles.
• Remove impediments for seamless delivery of value.
• Coach the squad on Scrum principles, fostering continuous improvement.
• Safeguard the squad, enabling focused delivery.
• Foster clear communication among the squad, Product Owner, and stakeholders.
• Ensure transparency through visible sprint backlogs and burn-down charts.

Requirements:

The ideal candidate possesses:

• Clear articulation of purpose and vision.
• Collaboration skills for shared objectives.
• Ability to decipher complex information and problem-solving prowess.
• Agility in adopting digital technology innovations.
• Accountability for outcomes, team responsibility focus.
• Experience in greenfield projects, and implementing Agile practices.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Minimum 5 years as a Scrum Master in mature Agile practices.
• Tertiary qualification with Scrum Mastery certifications.
• Coaching expertise for delivery and service performance improvement.
• Customer-centric thinking with mastery in organizational and time management.
• Well-developed Emotional Intelligence for effective stakeholder management.

Desirable:

• Proficiency in collaboration tools like Jira, Confluence, MIRO.
