Role: Principal Business Analyst

Permanent Position

Salary – up to $200k package

My client is seeking an experienced Principal Business Analyst to take accountability and be responsible for the efforts and day to day deliverables of a team of business analysts, as part of a customer data transformation program . Your role will be diverse in nature and will include the planning of business analysis effort, determining the approach to requirements and defining the solution.

Responsibilities:

• Experience with Vendor Management experience
• Determining how requirements will be managed
• Planning the overall approach to the business analysis effort
• Resourcing and on-boarding of business analysts to the program
• Getting hands on in requirements gathering & analysis where needed

Skills and experience required:

• Demonstrable experience of leading multiple business analysts as part of a project or program
• Data experience is essential
• Exceptional stakeholder engagement skills
• Ability to work in an ambiguous environment and be ability to use your imitative to drive solutions.
• People focus with a view to fostering collaborative and effort teams
• Additional certifications are highly sought after
