Inside Sales Representative
Tom Drexler Plumbing, Air & Electric is looking for a top-quality, high-energy Inside Sales Representative with excellent communication skills to join our team. The Inside Sales Representative s to the Director of Plumbing and works Monday – Friday, 8am – 5pm.

Summary:

The Inside Sales Representative is responsible for developing new leads, communicating with customers to better understand their needs, and providing solutions for their home while building customer rapport and providing excellent customer service.
Responsibilities and Duties:
  • Communication with customers to build rapport, identify their needs and sales opportunities, to encourage repeat business and support our brand.
  • Answer customers’ questions and communicate additional information as needed.
  • Rehash older sales estimates to convert into new opportunities
  • Follow up with customer leads to discuss options and pricing.
  • Utilize platforms to book leads.
  • Monitor competing products and services.
  • Other duties as assigned.
Requirements:
  • Excellent customer service skills and a professional demeanor.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Sales experience is preferred.
  • Ability to adapt quickly with a sense of urgency to ensure we are meeting our customers’ needs.
  • Must be proficient with technology.
  • Able to work independently however embraces a team environment.
  • Experience in Service Titan is a plus.
