In a fast-growing environment we are looking for a Global Financial Controller to join our Global Reporting & Controlling Team.

Summary
The Global Financial Controller is mainly responsible for running the monthly group P&L, Capex & Other expenses closing process, for providing insightful analytics on Capex & Other expenses and for contributing to the annual Budget cycle for P&L, Capex & Other expenses.

We are looking for a reliable, dynamic & analytical team member who will keep good track of the company’s performance. Various ad-hoc & process-improvement related projects are also waiting for the right candidate.

The Global Financial Controller will report to the VP, Global Reporting & Controlling Manager.

Main Tasks:

• Lead the group monthly closing process for P&L, Capex & Other expenses, with a strong focus on data accuracy, and working closely with the Accounting & Finance teams
• Report monthly P&L performance to the Senior leadership, Commercial and Operational teams
• Develop dashboards, tools & processes and run ad hoc analyses to better track costs, partnering with the Senior leadership
• Contribute to the annual Budget cycle for P&L, Capex & Other expenses as a business partner
• Maintain data integrity on all analytical dimensions (Country, Product Line, Customer, …)
• Further contribute to the improvement of the existing BI (Business Intelligence) & other financial systems
• Collaborate to other specific / transversal projects to support the global growth of the group

Requirements:

• 2 years previous financial background (financial analysis, reporting, etc.)
• Graduated with a Finance/Audit/Accounting major
• Excel knowledge – advanced level
• Proficiency in English (mandatory)
• Excellent communication skills
• Strong business partnering and interpersonal skills
