In this newly created role, as the TA & Candidate Experience Coordinator you would provide the key admin support to our team of Consultants and assist us getting the talent outcomes for the business.

Although we know the key things we need your support with now, this role has the opportunity for growth and development with you helping us define what this role can look like in the future.

So what are some of the key elements you’ll support with now:

• Preparation of Letters of Offer & Contracts of Employment, and other relevant documentation for new employees as well as preparing employee onboarding and induction paperwork
• Manage the job referral process to our agency partners
• Assist with administrative recruitment processes, including advertising on relevant advertising mediums e.g., LinkedIn / Seek & social media, arranging interviews; maintain tracking sheets
• Arrange background checks, pre-employment medicals and security checks, and follow up the required parties as required
• Liaise closely with Payroll and our People Services Team in regard to new employee documentation / information and changes to new starter/employee information
• Maintains employee data files (electronic and/or hard copy)
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives with a particular focus on candidate experience
