Full Job Description
We are looking for candidates for the Operations Department. The position of Export Coordinator is responsible for ensuring compliance with protocols established by the Free Trade Zone of the company’s purchases such as.
- Experience in exportation Caribbean, Central & South America.
- Stay aligned with warehouse dispatches, collection, and billing of products.
- Lead the Semi-Annual physical inventory process.
- System inventory adjustments.
- Monitor purchase orders from the moment they are generated until they are received in the warehouse (PO, Pre-Receipts and Receipts, coordinate payment dates with suppliers).
- Analysis of Costs and expenses related to the receipt of shipments (Liquidations Receiving).
- Database creation of new products (UPC, weight, measurements, costs)
- Price changes in system.
- Announcement of arrival of sold out products, new products and price changes
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business / Supply Chain, Logistics or related field
- English language proficiency
- Free Trade Zone Administration Preferable
- Knowledge of pricing
- Monitoring and management of inventory platforms
- Billing process Development and analysis of s
- Customer Service Oriented General office work
