We are now looking to hire a HR Administrator on a part-time fixed-term contract to provide cover for a member of our team due to go on maternity leave. The contract will be approximately 12-months based on current plans, and part-time hours are offered (around 15-20) with specific hours to be agreed with the successful candidate. This role will be home based, with occasional visits to London or other UK locations to meet with the wider team. This role will be for an immediate start.

Reporting to the Head of People, the HR Administrator is responsible for a wide range of administrative tasks to support recruitment and our people strategy.

Key responsibilities

• Undertake a range of HR administration tasks including updating HR records, reporting, benefits management, probation, leave management and birthday gifts.
• Ensuring Togetherall maintains regular quality and legal checks, including DBS and professional body registrations.
• Provide administration support for the recruitment and onboarding process, including posting roles, candidate management, supporting hiring managers including booking interviews and induction meeting and ensuring new employees are day one ready.
• Take on a range of projects to further the delivery of the People Strategy and help make Togetherall a great place to work.
• Work closely with the Office Manager covering our North America region, and the wider People team in the delivery of the above.
• Provide advice to managers on HR policies and procedures.
• Handle ad hoc requests to support this fast-growing business.

Your profile & experience

• Demonstrable experience of providing HR administration support, even if not in a dedicated role.
• Comfortable working in small organisation where processes are still being developed.
• Excellent attention to detail.
• Organised and able to work at a fast pace, multitask and prioritise to meet organisational needs.
• Confident written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong IT skills and comfortable working with spreadsheets, HR systems and presentations.
• Proactive and solution orientated, able to present and deliver well thought out solutions to emerging challenges.
• Hold or be studying for the CIPD qualification or equivalent or be able to provide evidence of your interest in a career in HR.
