Together Dental Hiring for Treatment Coordinator Job at Daventry, England Full Time

We are seeking an enthusiastic and experienced Treatment Coordinator to look after our Practices in Daventry. This role is an excellent opportunity for someone to have an influential role in developing the patient journey and increasing revenue for the Together Dental Group.

The day to day duties of Treatment Coordinator include following up on leads generated from the marketing team, outlining dental options for clients, interacting regularly with the dentist, walking with the patient through their treatment journey and providing payment plans.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Provide a warm and polite welcome to all patients

• Handle all enquiries via phone, email and face to face in a professional manner

• Deliver a high-quality and efficient TCO service to the clinic

• Schedule appointments for new and existing patients

• Liaise with other departments to ensure a smooth patient journey

• Have a good working knowledge of all services including packages and price

• Prepare, explain and follow up treatment plans

• Achieve consistently high levels of treatment acceptance and contribute to reach high conversion rate

• Liaise with external parties for any additional services such as Finance facilities and referrals

• Product knowledge
• Upselling
• Know your competitors and the demographics of the area and work closely with the marketing team

REQUIREMENTS:

• Experience in the dental or medical industry as a receptionist, patient coordinator or dental nurse is a MUST

• Dental sales/ethical sales experience

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills

• Previous customer service or receptionist experience

• Active listening and understanding patient’s needs

• Good attention to detail, organisational and problem-solving skills

• Ability to work in a fast paced, busy work environment and to stay calm under pressure

• IT Literate

• Ability to work individually as well as part of a team
• A well presented, keen, friendly individual, excited to be working alongside a great team
