Toews Asset Management Hiring for Internal Wholesaler (Inside Sales) at New York, NY Full Time

Toews Asset Management is a 27-year-old, boutique asset management firm whose primary goal is to help advisors tackle the most pressing portfolio challenges with innovative risk mitigation strategies in the marketplace.

We are excited to be hiring internal wholesalers for the following territories:

Northeast, North, Southwest, South

This role will focus on developing relationships with financial advisors and marketing our asset management services across the designated territory. We can be flexible on location, but have a strong preference for NYC metro based. We are building our internal sales team with smart, motivated, and interesting individuals who are excited to work hard, learn, grow, and have a lot of fun in the process. Over time this role helps prepare and mentor a candidate for potential external sales roles or other future opportunities across the company.

Responsibilities

• Work closely with the territory team to develop and execute an appropriate business plan to maximize territory sales.
• Develop relationships with Financial Advisors, industry partners and contacts to help develop their business.
• Make proactive outbound calls to investigate potential sales.
• Schedule quality appointments weekly for external wholesaler to meet with producing or potentially producing RIA’s.
• Spend a considerable amount of time prospecting for new advisors
• Assist financial advisors in analyzing information regarding their client’s financial information and history to recommend and determine appropriate investment strategies to meet their needs.
• Serve as a product expert on our Model Portfolios, Mutual Funds and ETF’s
• Execute 100+ outbound touches on a daily basis.
