Today’s Dental Network Hiring for Sr Talent Acquisition Specialist at Tampa, FL Full Time

We are seeking a self-motivated and enthusiastic senior level Talent Acquisition Specialist, full-cycle recruitment and onboarding specialist, to join our Central Business Office HR Team. You will recruit top talent for an elite network of specialty, cosmetic, and surgical dental offices. The ideal candidate will have a passion for recruiting doctors, dentists, dental hygienist, dental assistants, as well as front office staff and corporate level positions. Candidates must have a professional demeanor and polished appearance, strong communication skills, and the ability to provide a ”white glove” onboarding experience during the full-cycle recruitment and onboarding process.

This position has a high degree of visibility both inward and outward facing. You will be the first touching point for our respective new hires and an ambassador of the Company. You will interface with internal/external Doctors and Dentists, C-suite Executives, and employees at all levels of the organization. To be successful in this position the candidate must have the ability to identify, develop and execute effective sourcing strategies in innovative ways to build teams and a strong dedicated workforce that align with the culture and goals of each practice.

• Source candidates through various job boards, community outreach, networking, job fairs and position marketing efforts to successfully fill positions in the field of dentistry (i.e., dentists, hygienist, dental assistants, and front office staff), as well as assist with corporate business positions;
• Identify the specific hiring needs by collaborating with the hiring manager;
• Conduct phone, remote and in-person interviews, and coordinate face-to-face interviews for hiring managers;
• Build relationships within the community and local dental schools to ensure an ongoing pipeline of quality applicants;
• Network domestically to recruit for open positions;
• Identify and host Job fairs and network at industry specific conferences and events;
• Use social media, Facebook groups, job boards, alumni, referrals, internal contacts and external research to expand network of candidates;
• Actively pursue passive candidates;
• Use other creative means to increase the candidate pool/pipeline for future job openings
• You will be responsible for researching specific markets, working with our marketing group to creating diverse target lists for campaigns;
• Build scalable sourcing & marketing strategies to attract the best candidates;
• Assess, evaluate, and build a rapport with candidates and new hires;
• Extend offers of employment and negotiated terms, conditions and salaries;
• Support licensing, liability, and credentialling activities for Doctor positions;
• Facilitate onboarding with a hands-on approach and a high level of customer service;
• Coordinate new hire orientations;
• Maintain various recruitment, time-to-fill, turnover s;
• Assist with the onboarding of mergers and acquisitions;
• Perform other duties as assigned.
• Some travel required in the West Florida area 15-20%

Experience/Qualifications:

• 5-8 years of high-volume recruiting experience with a proven track record in the healthcare industry, preferably dentistry;
• Ability to network, engage in contacting passive candidates, having sales acumen.
• Ability to develop and execute creative and diverse sourcing strategies
• Ability to manage complex situations and multiple priorities with a committed dedication to providing a high-level of customer service
• Technologically savvy with strong acumen in sourcing tools, ATS, and MS Office products
• Excellent influencing and organizational skills needed
• Outstanding interpersonal/networking skills
• Demonstrates leadership qualities
• Responsible, organized, energetic, assertive, accountable, dependable, and the ability to adapt and pivot when needed;
• Fluent in English

This is a full-time position that will to the Chief Human Resources Officer and is a hybrid of remote work but will have days where it is necessary to to our Tampa Central Business Office.

This position will require some travel within the state of Florida to meet with Industry Schools and Technical Colleges, host job fairs, meet candidates for face-to-face interviews and to provide a “white glove” experience meeting new hires on their first day of work.
