TN Recruits Hiring for HR Manager – Part Time – Hybrid Job at Royal Tunbridge Wells, England Full Time

This company is going through significant growth, with 50 members already and plans to continue to build and grow.

Dynamic and friendly team.

The successful candidate will have/be:

• Ideally, CIPD Level 7
• Previous experience in recruitment and HR – Legal Background not essential
• Able to troubleshoot, working alongside their management team
• Positive and approachable
• Able to work as a team and independently

Duties will include, but are not limited to:

• Recruitment – interviewing, onboarding etc
• First port of call for HR related issues – being available to answer questions and any issues that arise
• Keeping track of hybrid working
• Organise training
• Deal with sickness and holidays
• Use of Breath HR
• Other HR related duties

Salary: £35,000 – £55,000

Location: Tunbridge Wells/ Hybrid Working
