TN Recruits Hiring for HR Assistant at Kent Full Time
Our highly regarded client is currently seeking a tech-savvy Junior HR Assistant to join their exceptionally friendly and supportive team.
This is an exciting new role that will be fundamental to the continued success and smooth operation of this busy, forward thinking company!

Skills and responsibilities will include:
Produce HR documents for Clients i.e., employment contracts, employee handbooks, confirmation of resignation, probation completion, maternity leave details, probation review documents, disciplinary matters
Liaise with Clients when creating employment documents, advising on best practice and employment law
Support the Company’s social media marketing process
Utilising our e-signing platform to send out client documents and engagement agreements
Responding to client queries regarding basic HR matters such as holiday/absences etc.
Undertaking mail merge tasks
Managing the Company’s CRM system by adding new Clients and updating client journey from a prospect to engaged
Supporting the Training Director with all course bookings, documentation and arranging course materials to be sent to delegates etc.
Providing support with marketing campaigns using relevant software and packages
Hours work perfectly around school pick-ups and other commitments.
Whilst the position involves working from home, applicants will need to be based in the South East, as you will need to attend face to face meetings on occasions.
Location: Work from home
Salary: £23,000 pro rata
Hours: Monday – Friday 9am – 2.30pm
